Einkorn Dough (Base Ingredients)

The following dough recipe prepared with 3 cups of einkorn grain may equate to one of the following:

• 1 Quick Bread Machine Loaf
• 1 to 8 Daniel's Pizzas
• 16 Bread Rolls
   

A normal sized KitchenAid should be able to prepare a double batch of this dough.

It is recommended to freeze this dough (somewhat flattened for easy thawing and wrapped in parchment paper) for use later.
