Put a large pot on the stove under the lowest heat setting. Add the butter so it can start melting.
While the butter is slowly melting, peel your garlic, then crush the peeled cloves, and add the crushed cloves to the pot with the butter all at once when ready.
Once you have added the peeled, crushed garlic cloves to the pot and the butter is melted, set heat to medium and stir for 1-2 minutes or so. Immediately turn off the heat once very the butter and garlic is very bubbly.
Grind the einkorn grain into flour, and add it to the pot. Mix the buttery garlic with the flour until all the flour is mixed in and none of the flour is dry.
Add the cream cheese to the pot and mix it in the best you can.
Add the heavy whipping cream to the pot and set heat to medium/high. Observe that the mixture starts out like a liquid. At this point, you must start stirring and mixing, and you must not stop stirring for about 10-15 minutes or until the mixture has developed into a creamy sauce.
Once the liquid mixture has developed into a creamy sauce, turn off the heat and add the salt. Keep stirring for a few more minutes. Then you are done.
