Get a quart jar or glass measuring container with up to 4 cups of measurement on it, something you will also be able to pour out of.
Add all the ingredients except for the butter into the container in the order listed.
Mix everything together very well.
Get a griddle or pan of some sort, put that on the stove at medium heat, and put some butter on it to get it non-sticky for the pancakes.
When it seems to be pretty heated, pour a little bit of the pancake batter on there and flip it when you see a substantial amount of bubbles. Be sure to use a big spatula, and focus on flipping the pancakes in one swift but gentle motion. Start with little pancakes and work your way up to the size you want.
When you have made all the pancakes, be sure to turn off the heat.
Recommended to eat the pancakes quickly. They are best while they are hot. Try spreading butter and then maple syrup on them.
